Jaral de Berrios, probably one of the most important haciendas (estates of olden times in many Spanish-speaking countries) of colonial times. It is located in the municipality of San Felipe in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. Its owner at one time, Don Juan de Zavala was one of the largest landowners in the world, purchasing tons of acreage all around the Valle de San Francisco, where he reared livestock. Quite picturesque, no?
