Last summer, I had a blast roadtrippin’ it with my best friends, a trip which took 6 of us from New York City to Buffalo, NY while en route to the famous Niagara Falls. On the way home, we stopped by my friend’s childhood home in Sodus, NY, and then hit up the Chimney Bluffs State Park the next afternoon, in nearby Huron, NY.
The Chimney Bluffs State Park is named for the tall clay rock formations near the edge of the water which is Lake Ontario. There’s a rocky beach and several miles of hiking trails where you can trek higher to get better vantage points.
