Hristina DimitrovaHristina was born in Rousse, Bulgaria. At the age of 9 she visited Plovdiv for the first time. She instantly fell in love with the city and knew right away she wanted to live there one day. This happened when she was 18, and she’s been happily living in Plovdiv for more than 10 years now. She is a busy stay-at-home mom of a little baby boy and a full-time freelance writer. The two things she loves doing are writing and studying – you will either find her in front of a new Microsoft Word document or in the university library.

She has always been in love with words. Back in high school she was regularly asked to write essays for different school events that made everybody laugh or cry (depending on the occasion). As a student she has also won several writing contests on both regional and national level. Her passion for words lead her to the university where she studied English language and literature. It was there that one of her American Literature professors gave her an A+ and told her that she should definitely write for a living. Back then she didn’t know his advice would one day become her reality.

She continued studying and she got a MA in International Business Management. This diploma got her a place in the business world, where she used her business knowledge and her eloquence in the sales/marketing field. During this time she felt there was something missing in her life. It was not until she became pregnant that she realized the thing that was missing in her life was writing. So, she embarked on the adventure of freelance writing and is now making her dream come true.
